This year, LEA celebrates 70 years of building and connecting communities around the world. To mark this historic milestone, we welcomed our dedicated staff and esteemed colleagues visiting from India for a joyous celebration. Among the distinguished guests was our CEO, Pinaki Roychowdhury, whose leadership has been instrumental in guiding the company through continued growth and success.
The evening was not only a celebration of LEA's rich history but also of all the people who have contributed to our remarkable success story. Over the 70 years, LEA has flourished into a global force with a team of over 2500 employees spread across 21 countries, all while remaining employee owned and operated. We believe that being employee owned, focusing on innovation, having great leadership, and staying true to our founding vision over the years is what to set us apart from everyone else. Our structure not only unites us but also empowers us with the freedom to exceed expectations and do what it takes to succeed.
